Step 1

first when i draw i always find an easy simple reference like this it so simlple :D

Step 2

the i try to copy the lineart like this 'w' if you want to makethe like art look cool just make the edges point specially the hair :D hehe look at the eye wrong proportion DX

Step 3

then when after i draw the lineart i always make the background next
so it wont look very boring and too simple 'w' though simplicity is beauty XD

Step 4

then i start to draw the skin base i always make the skin shade detail than my reference so it looks more cooler look mine looks better than the reference

Step 5

this time i start to color the dress and the hat and that thing on here face its the brush cursor not a mole or mustache konata's mom dont have a mole on her lower eyes

Step 6

start to color the shades on the dress and the hat haha still looks cooler than the reference

Step 7

look at the background it change then i color the hair base

Step 8

look the eye proportion its alright now and its color :D'w'and i color the hair shades and hair highlight shi-coolmix style 'w' that i learn from our collab

Step 9

this time i make the background more appealing and clean the lineart and stuff i use up tons off layer and that yellow thing its my ugly sign
heres the final picture of it looks crappy soory -w- [ LINK ]
