Step 1

first draw a circle. then at the sides of the circle, draw the cheeks and chin of the character. the red lines dignify where you should draw the lines. one across the middle of the face and down the middle of the face. the second line that is above the middle line across the face is to help you proportion your eyes. also above that line about a few cenimeters is where you will draw your eye brows.

Step 2

u should erase the bottom of the circle before u start doing the eyes and face, but after u have done ur eyes and face, you may erase the lines carefully, but you dont have to worry too much about the eyebrows, since it probably might be covered by hair if thats what your looking for. but if the bangs/hair is going to be pulled up and showing the face, you probably should be careful, unless you remember where to put the eyebrows, then go right ahead and not care lol. now next is the body.

Step 3

when u draw it, you should not draw the neck, it should not be seen, and dont make the torso a perfect hour glass shape as if you saw the figure to an eye to eye level. same with the legs. make it seem like, the one of the knees (or both) are not able to be seen but the front of the thighs instead. u may also draw the feet a bit smaller than its usual size, since this is a fair view from the feet since the feet are at the bottom of the body. also makie the thighs some what smaller than the usual size as well, and same with the legs, arms, and chest. the head should be the thing that is at most, still the same size, if you feel that the head needs to be smaller or larger from the way you probably drew the body please do so. and soon draw ur hair, remove the top of the circle from the head, unless it gets completely covered by hair. and all you have to do is details, and thats all up to you, i hope you liked my tutorial and have a nice day! ^_^
