Step 1

first color the base color

 

Step 2

the click the lock alpha the purpose of lock alpha is to color the part of the layer thats has color DX


pick any darker color of the base color then use the airbrush

brush only the lower part i 60 size and 100 opacity

 

 

Step 3

the make few line using the dark base color and pencil insize 6 and 255 opacity and use the bazier to make the line easier to curve i always use X3

 

Step 4

then use the base color to make the lines sharper X3 and very pointy

 

Step 5

and make a tinies version of the the line and use the dodge tool to make the highlight then voila
