Step 1

Draw the hair as you like more, straight in this case

 

Step 2

This one will be blonde, so we will use the fill tool with soft yellow to color it (use always a bit of transparency to not lose lines of the drawing). If we wanted do it dark we will use soft grey in this step, soft orange to brunette, pink for violet hair etc....

 

 

Step 3

select dark yellow with transparency around 50% and with the fill tool make some lines following the direction of the hair all over of it

 

Step 4

Leave empty the places where you want mmake the reflections

 

Step 5

Now with the same tool we select pure black with around 20% of transparency, and we will make the same type of lines than before, just to make the shadows in the dark parts, this step will get give the hair more voulume

 

 

Step 6

to finish select free hand tool, select color pure white 100%, and the finest line of the tool.
Draw some lines as if you were drawing single hairs where you have the reflections, (not too long)and finished :D.
