My way to draw Face, neck and shoulders

I had a difficult time figuring out how to draw the head, shoulders, and neck. But now Ive almost got it, and would like to share the basic steps I have learned.

Step 1

Next, sketch a line where the middle of the face will be. Also you can cruve it to show your face has shape.

 

Step 2

Then, sketch a line showing where the chin should be, make sure this follows the middle line

 

 

Step 3

Next, lets give the head some shape. In this step draw the cheek bone, and out line part of the head, as shown in the picture.

 

Step 4

Then, draw the nose in the middle of the face as shown.

 

Step 5

For step 8, Draw the mouth where the two guide lines meet, as shown.

 

 

Step 6

Next, draw the eyes, I drew the eyes closed in this picture as you can see, but you can draw the eyes how ever you would like.

 

Step 7

Then erase the guild lines as shown.

 

Step 8

Then sketch the hair however you would like.

 

Step 9

Then erase the part of the head thats behide the hair, as shown.

 

Step 10

Last, draw the neck bones, and I made some lines a little thicker to show some shadowing.
