It has enough srength to carry it's two hand cannons on it's back and still be fast enough to generate doppelgangers without breaking a sweat. It's revolver-like hand cannons are 7" long and heavy enough to crush a bus by just laying it down. The pokemon creates 'doppelgangers' by dashing to one place then back, but by vibrating ridiculously fast, it doesn't need to keep dashing. It fires bullets of vibration shockwave energy that are about 3" long and can decimate any target with speed faster than anything on Earth. For some unkown reason, it never takes off the black trenchcoat or black 'outlaw' hat it recieved when it broke out of a labrotory when it was still a Doppel
