To receive Jesus as Lord it only requires an invitation on your part. To invite Him to be your Lord (and Savior) here is a prayer: Dear Jesus, I acknowledge that you are the Son of God. I know you died for me and rose again. I've made many mistakes (sins) and ask your forgiveness for them. Please cleanse me. Come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. I believe that I receive You. Thank you for saving me. Thank you for making me a child of God. Help me to live for you and to know You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
