No lol, chibipaint is an app you can build into a website. It is build into this website. It's either called chibipaint or java draw c: I think it's the tool in the middle when you can pick which drawingtool you want to use for drawing c:

The animation in flash is quite good buuuut it lacks so much things that chibipaint DOES have, so I'm all for chibipaint. I never gave canvasdraw much of a chance, but canvasdraw clashes with my style D: have you ever tried it yet xD? (if not, gl~)
