Yes, you still need to get them to fill in the parental consent form to get their permission.

x_Ianju 3 weeks ago mick i have a question for u :( 2 weeks ago i went in dc with my friend and we went in a room and it had a gross drawing in it. then the next day we got banned for no reason but the people that drew it didnt get banned. so why did we get banned?
