About a drawing site without no need for adobe: if you need to practice in manga/anime, you could try out this one: It was my anatomy starters, in fact:) There is a possibility for an app, but it's not essential

Hi welcome!! From blank paper? No, But when you finish you drawing and you post it on page? Yes you can big_smile after you post it, you can download it as jpg format. Click your drawing and there will be a download option on the bottom right of your drawing. Or you can draw with Canvas draw and download as jpg which much more easier than the other ways. Hope that helps. Happy drawings big_smile

Well, i know the first answer. No you cannot upload anything that you drew outside from this website on here. For the second one... Well, how about Pix Art Studio. It is actually an app. You can draw and share with the community there like here. smile By the way take a look at the Puffin Web Browser. It has Adobe flash for your Ipad!
If you are into Sculpting take a look at 123d sculpt +
